David is a true healthcare recruiter and is deeply committed to healthcare recruitment. He began his recruitment career in small beginnings with an entrepreneurial business and quickly grew to be a Recruitment Manager, then taking a role as a specialist recruiter for a large healthcare recruitment business in the UK.
David takes a personal, more consultative approach to recruitment in a friendly advisory role. He spent the first 18 years of his career in commercial management where he held a number of senior positions.

Jefferson moved from his home country of the Philippines to the UK in 2012 when he was chosen from over 1000 people working for a UK multinational company to represent the Philippines. Jefferson has never looked back and he now brings his impeccable people skills and Filipino honesty and enthusiasm to Gemini.
