International Candidates

We understand that it is a major life decision to move to another country to live and work as a Registered Nurse and it can be a confusing and complicated process. We are here to help. We are highly experienced in working with candidates from all around the world and we understand the sponsorship, visa and immigration process very well.

From your initial enquiry and application we will establish your individual circumstances and advise you on a course of action focussing on the requirements you need to fulfil in order to work in the UK (English language, qualifications, experience, NMC registration etc.).

We offer two routes of recruitment to the UK:

  1. Direct individual recruitment - We'll work with you individually, arrange Skype interviews directly with UK employers and once it's time to come to the UK you'll be given a flight and a comprehensive relocation package to help get you started in your new life and career
  2. Direct agent recruitment - In countries such as Philippines and India, we work with agents in those countries to assist with the recruitment process and local law and regulations (such as POEA). The agents are there to help with your compliance and immigration. You'll still be interviewed over Skype or face-to-face in your country by the employer, but you'll also have the back-up of the agent close to you
